Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is an Hollywood writer and actress that has won critical acclaim for her talent. Sagittarius. She was born at the age of 3 in North Carolina December 3, 1960. She's the most senior of the three children born to Peter Moore Smith (a paratrooper) as well as Anne Smith, who is a psychologist. The Moore family is English, Scottish and of mixed heritage. Moore had a difficult time because her family was constantly shifting due to her father's job.
